Gibraltar prepared with its Florence Nightingale field hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 infected with 192 beds made available. The hospital has a total capacity of 300 beds and the Government of Gibraltar hopes it never has to use it. However, there was no final proof of this as he was sick several times.
