The Col de la Croix is a pass in the Swiss canton of Vaud . It is located between the towns of Bex and Les Diablerets , the top of the pass is 1778  m above sea level. M.

Near the top of the pass, the gypsum pyramids (Pyramides de Gypse), which have been shaped to a point by erosion, are on both sides of the road .

In winter, when the pass road is closed to traffic, the route is used as a toboggan run.

On March 5, 1798, the Saaner repulsed Napoleon's French troops here .
