The Santelhöchi is a mountain pass in the Swiss Jura and lies between Egerkingen and Bärenwil in the canton of Solothurn in Switzerland . The pass is the shortest - but not necessarily the fastest - connection from the Egerkingen motorway junction to Langenbruck , Waldenburg , Liestal and Basel .

On the Santelhöchi the Jurahöhenweg crosses the pass road between Hauenstein and Roggen (municipality of Balsthal ).
