KulturPur on the Ginsberger Heide in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district is an international music and theater festival . Geographically, the Ginsberger Heide belongs to the Grund district of Hilchenbach , but you can only get there by car via Hilchenbach- Lützel . During the festival, special buses travel to and from the Giller from all cities and communities in the district.

KulturPur is one of the largest tent festivals in Europe and has been held annually at Whitsun since 1991 by the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein, the cities of Siegen , Kreuztal and Hilchenbach, the Gebrüder-Busch district and IG Metall Siegen. The multi-day program in and around the white Italian theater tents consists of a mix of music, theater and walking acts. The largest of the tents can hold up to 2,500 people. Wolfgang Suttner was director of the festival up to and including 2017. In 2018 Jens von Heyden took over the management.
