Studberg is a place in Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the North Rhine-Westphalian administrative district of Cologne in Germany .

Location and description

Studberg is in the east of Radevormwald on the district road 10. The neighboring towns are Winklenburg , Klaukenburg and Eich .

In the village, the Borbach, which flows into the Ennepetalsperre, and a Siepen flowing into the valley from the direction of Klaukenburg come together.

Studberg belongs to the Radevormwald electoral district 180 and to the electoral district 182.

The place was first mentioned in a document in 1469. "Hz. Gerhard von Jülich-Berg gives the Rutger Haken Mahlzwang over 22 houses near Radevormwald. ”And mentions the place name “ Studtberge ” .
