Buschsiepen is located in the southeast of Radevormwald directly on the city limits to Halver . The neighboring towns are Ober-Buschsiepen , Felsenbeck , Kottmannshausen , Obergraben and Untergraben . The place can be reached via the federal road 229 . In the village of Eich , a road turns off that leads via Hahnenberg and Weyer to Buschsiepen.

To the east of Buschsiepen run the Felsenbach , which partially represents the border stream from Radevormwald to Halver, and the Buschsiepen . Both waters flow into the Bever, which runs southeast of the village .
