Leimhol is a district in Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the North Rhine-Westphalian administrative district of Cologne in Germany .
Location and description
Leimhol is in the west of Radevormwald. Neighboring towns are Leimholer Mühle , Herbeck and the Radevormwald district of Bergerhof . The development of the neighbors Herbeck and Bergerhof extends right up to the town limits. The place has a former railway line that has been converted into a hiking and cycling path.
In the northeast of the village , the Börkeler Bach and the Leimholer Siepen flow into the Leimholer Bach, which rises near the village of Leimhol . This flows into the Uelfe at Leimholer Mühle .
The place is politically represented in the city council of Radevormwald by the direct candidate from electoral district 110.
history
In 1514 the place was first mentioned under the name "Lemhawlle" in the church accounts of the Reformed Protestant parish of Radevormwald.
From 1889 to 1982 the Wuppertal Railway ( timetable KBS 403) passed the place.
