Milspe is a village in Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the North Rhine-Westphalian administrative district of Cologne in Germany .

Location and description

The place is in the north of the urban area. The neighboring towns are Möllersbaum , Lambeck , Lambecker Mühle , Wönkhausen and Niederwönkhausen .

At Milspe flows into the Heilenbecke dam opens Bach Heilenbecke which in the upper reaches also Lambecke is called the half.

Politically, the place is represented by the direct candidate from electoral district 170 in the city council of Radevormwald.

history

In 1325 the place is first mentioned in a document about the “sale of the Milsepe estate by Aleid v. Gockinhove to the Gevelsberg Monastery ”.

At the beginning of the 18th century, Milspe consisted of two separate courts . 1715 these farms were on the Topographia Ducatus Montani as "o. Milzpe ”(today Milspe) and“ u. Spleen ”. On the topographical map 1892-1894 is at the height of Hardt Hofschaft "u location. Spleen "disappeared.
