Im Busch is located in the east of Radevormwald near the city limits of Halver . The neighboring towns are called Finkensiepen , Neuenhaus , Waar , Siepen , Reithof and Hinüber .

The place can be reached via the Kreisstraße  10. At the height of Winklenburg , an access road branches off to the village, which previously crossed Neuenhaus. Im Busch is located in an area in which several source streams of the Borbach arise.
