Finkensiepen is located in the east of Radevormwald near the city limits to Halver . The neighboring towns are called Im Busch , Neuenhaus , Waar , Hinüber , Borbeck , Schmittensiepen , Oberschmittensiepen , Klaukenburg .

The place can be reached via the Kreisstraße  10. At the height of Winklenburg , an access road branches off to the village, which previously connected Neuenhaus and Im Busch.

A spring stream of the same name in the Borbach , the Finkensiepen, rises near Finkensiepen .
