Im Holte is a court in Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the North Rhine-Westphalian administrative district of Cologne in Germany .

Location and description

Im Holte is in the northeast of Radevormwald. The neighboring towns are Umbeck , Plumbeck , Braake , Beck , Wellringrade , Leye and Vogelshaus . The place can be reached via Kreisstraße  9, which leads from Wellringrade towards the Ennepetalsperre. The place is located immediately south of the mountain "Hoher Berg" ( 393.5  m above sea level ). A small tributary to the Ennepetalsperre also rises in the village .

The place was first mentioned in a document in 1469 , namely “Hz. Gerhard v. Jülich-Berg gives the Rutger Haken Nahlzwang over 22 houses near Radevormwald. ”The spelling of the first mention was Hael .
