Only 100 m from the Hofschaft in the north is the outskirts of the Radevormwald district of Bergerhof . Nevertheless, the rural impression prevails here. Other neighboring towns are Geilensiepen , Espert and Grünenbaum . You can reach the Hofschaft, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, via side streets in Bergerhof.

The Geilensiepen, which flows into the Ispingrad Brook, rises 50 meters southeast of the Hofschaft.

history

In the map topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1825, the court is referred to as "Siepen". The Prussian first recording from 1840 to 1844 names the name "im Siepen" and in the topographic map from 1894 to 1896 it has become "Nadelsiepen".
