Langenkamp is a court in Radevormwald in the Oberbergischer Kreis in the North Rhine-Westphalian administrative district of Cologne in Germany .

Location and description

Langenkamp is located in the north of Radevormwald on the border with Ennepetal . The neighboring towns are Remlingrade , Zum Hofe , Pastoratshof and Brebach .

The place is politically represented in the city council of Radevormwald by the direct candidate from electoral district 170.

history

The location of today's court is shown in the map Topographical Survey of the Rhineland from 1825. However, it does not specify the farm itself. Only from the historical topographical map from 1892 to 1894 is the Hofschaft referred to as "Langenkamp".

In 1815/16 the place had eight residents. In 1832 the place belonged to the parish Remlingrade of the rural outskirts of the mayor's office Radevormwald . The place, which was categorized as a day laborer's apartment according to the statistics and topography of the administrative district of Düsseldorf , owned a residential building at that time. At that time, five people lived in the village, all of whom were Protestant. In 1888, a house with three residents is recorded in the community dictionary of the Rhine Province .
