Vesly is a French municipality with 694 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Gisors . The inhabitants are called Baciviens .

Vesly is about 46 kilometers east-southeast of Rouen . Vesly is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Gamaches-en-Vexin in the north and northwest, Chauvincourt-Provemont in the north, Noyers in the east, Guerny in the southeast, Authevernes in the south, Les Thilliers-en-Vexin in the west and southwest and Villers-en-Vexin in the West.
