Aubigné ( Breton : Elvinieg , Gallo : Aubeinyae ) is a French municipality with 474 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rennes and the canton of Antrain (until 2015: canton of Saint-Aubin-d'Aubigné ). The inhabitants are called Aubinois .

geography

Aubigné is about 20 kilometers north-northwest of Rennes . Aubigné is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Feins in the north, Andouvillé-Neuville in the east, Saint-Médard-sur-Ille in the south and southwest and Montreuil-sur-Ille in the west.
