The community is on average 90 meters above sea level and 24 kilometers west of Rennes on the Serein River . It borders on Iffendic to the north, Talensac to the northeast, Le Verger to the east, Saint-Thurial to the southeast, Treffendel to the south and Saint-Péran to the west .
