The Australian national cricket team's tour to India in the 1969/70 season took place from November 4 to December 28, 1969. The international cricket tour was part of the 1969/70 international cricket season and included five tests . Australia won the Test Series 3–1.

India previously played a tour against New Zealand , for Australia it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1967/68 season in Australia .
