Cadorago is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8013 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Como in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 11 kilometers south-southwest of Como on the Lura and the associated Parco del Lura .
history
The municipality was created by law in 1928 from the municipalities of Bulgorello and Caslino al Piano .
traffic
The Autostrada A9 (Italy) ( Milan- Como) runs through the municipality . However, there is no connection. There is a train station on the Saronno – Como railway line .
