The municipality of Blessagno in the province of Como

Blessagno is a small municipality with 286 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Val d'Intelvi in the Italian province of Como in the Lombardy region .

geography

Blessagno is about 60 km north of Milan and about 15 km north of Como . The municipality borders on Centro Valle Intelvi , Dizzasco , Laino and Pigra . The village is located at an altitude of about 760 m above sea level. M. in a green valley between the mountains of the Val d'Intelvi.

Demographic development

history

The village was under the sovereignty of Como , in 1451 it was assigned to the Rusca family from Como. 1533 Family Pusterla was thus invested and the late 16th century it was the Marliani family.
