Musso is a municipality in the province of Como in the Italian region of Lombardy with 958 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).
geography
Musso is located about 50 km north of the provincial capital Como on the northwestern shore of Lake Como . The municipality includes the following fractions: Bresciana , Campaccio , Croda , Genico , Terza and Campagnano . The neighboring communities are Colico , Dongo and Pianello del Lario .
history
The area was already known for its white marble in Roman times. In 1406 Musso was mentioned as belonging to the Malacrida family .

- Church of San Biagio, late Romanesque three-nave church, rebuilt in the 16th century. The campanile dates from 1731.
