Juillac is a French village with 240 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Libourne and the canton Les Coteaux de Dordogne (until 2015 Pujols ). The inhabitants will be called Juillacais .
geography
Juillac is located about 50 kilometers east of Bordeaux on the Dordogne , which borders the municipality in the north. Juillac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lamothe-Montravel in the north and north-west, Saint-Seurin-de-Prats in the north-east, Pessac-sur-Dordogne in the east and north-east, Gensac in the south-east, Sainte-Radegonde in the south and west, and Flaujagues in the north-west.
