Le Manoir (also: Le Manoir-sur-Seine ) is a French village with 1,278 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Les Andelys and the canton of Pont-de-l'Arche . The inhabitants are called manants .
geography
Le Manoir is located about 16 kilometers south-southeast of Rouen on the Seine . Le Manoir is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Quévreville-la-Poterie in the north, Pîtres in the east and northeast, Val-de-Reuil in the south, Les Damps in the southwest and Alizay in the west.
