List of matches for the Copa Roca
The list contains the matches of the national soccer teams of Argentina and Brazil for the Copa Roca since it was first played in 1914 with statistical details.
1914
The winner of the first edition of the competition was determined in a game. This took place in Argentina.
The teams did not have a coach in the current sense. A committee consisting of the captain and other players took over this role at the time.
The players of Argentina have been appointed by the FAF . The FAF was an association not recognized by FIFA, which had separated from the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and hosted parallel championships between 1912 and 1914. These championships were retrospectively recognized after being with the AFA in December 1914.

The second game was very turbulent and with many incidents. After the referee awarded Brazil a penalty when the score was 2-2, the Argentine team left the field in protest. After the Argentines had already left the field, the Brazilian team scored the third goal with a penalty and won the game 3-2. It is unclear whether the Argentine goalkeeper was still in goal at the penalty kick.
