Olga's skirt
Olgas rock is a " vain -and- Outside " - Music Festival , held annually since the year 2000. The festival takes place in Olga-Park in Oberhausen - Osterfeld . At Olgas Rock, artists from different styles of music perform, the main focus is on rock and punk . In recent years, artists from genres such as hip-hop and metal have also been booked for the festival.
The festival is organized in cooperation between the city of Oberhausen and the association for the promotion of rock music "Rocko". However, the city had to cut the subsidies by 10,000 euros in 2012. Therefore a fundraising campaign was started. In 2014, a total of 21,000 visitors attended the two-day music festival.
