Pradelles is the southernmost commune in the Haute-Loire department. It is located in the Massif Central at the intersection of the Haute-Loire, Lozère and Ardèche departments . Pradelles lies on a ridge between the Loire and Allier valleys . It is about 35 kilometers to the northern prefecture of Le Puy-en-Velay .
