Rousson is about 10 miles south-southeast of downtown Sens on the Yonne . Rousson is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marsangy in the north, Villeneuve-sur-Yonne in the south and east, Bussy-le-Repos in the southwest and Chaumot in the west.
