Saint-Amans church

Camboulazet ( Occitan Cambolaset ) is a French commune of the department of Aveyron with 398 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It is assigned to the canton of Ceor-Ségala ( Baraqueville-Sauveterre until 2015 ) and the Arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue (until 2017 Rodez ). The inhabitants are called Camboulazetois .

geography

Camboulazet is located about 18 kilometers south-southwest of Rodez in the Massif Central . Camboulazet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Baraqueville in the north, Manhac in the east and northeast, Sainte-Juliette-sur-Viaur in the east, Centrès in the south, Camjac in the southwest and Quins in the west.
