Bor-et-Bar is a French commune with 194 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Aveyron et Tarn .
geography
The community is located around 43 kilometers southwest of Rodez . The Viaur River runs along the southern municipal boundary and also forms the border with the neighboring Tarn department here. Neighboring municipalities to Bor-et-Bar are:
