Ols-et-Rinhodes ( Occitan Òls ) is a French commune with 173 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Villeneuvois et Villefranchois (until 2015 Villeneuve ). The inhabitants are called Olsois .

Ols-et-Rinhodes is about 57 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez . Ols-et-Rinhodes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ambeyrac in the north, Montsalès in the north and northeast, Villeneuve in the east and southeast, Sainte-Croix in the south and southeast, La Capelle-Balaguier in the south and southwest and Saujac in the west.
