Privezac ( Occitan : Privasac ) is a French commune with 323 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Villeneuvois et Villefranchois (until 2015 Montbazens ). The inhabitants are called Privezacois .

geography

Privezac is about 37 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez . Privezac is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vaureilles in the north and northeast, Anglars-Saint-Félix in the east, Prévinquières in the southeast, Compolibat in the south and southwest and Lanuéjouls in the west and northwest.
