Saint-Parthem ( Occitan Sent Partèm ) is a French commune with 406 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). Saint-Parthem belongs to the arrondissement Villefranche-de-Rouergue and is part of the canton Lot et Dourdou (until 2015 Decazeville ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Parthémois .

Saint-Parthem is located about 41 kilometers northwest of Rodez on the Lot River . Saint-Parthem is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Santin in the north and west, Conques-en-Rouergue in the east and south-east, Almont-les-Junies in the south and Flagnac in the south-west.
