Prévinquières ( Occitan : Previnquièiras ) is a French commune with 308 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Aveyron et Tarn (until 2015 Rieupeyroux ). The inhabitants are called Prévinquiérois .

Prévinquières is located about 32 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez on the Aveyron . Prévinquières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Privezac in the north and northwest, Anglars-Saint-Félix in the north, Rignac in the north and northeast, Colombiès in the east, Rieupeyroux in the south and Compolibat in the west.
