Lanuéjouls ( Occitan LANUEJOLS ) is a French municipality with 731 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Aveyron in the region Occitania (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Villeneuvois et Villefranchois (until 2015 Montbazens ). The inhabitants are called Lanuéjoulois .

Lanuéjouls is located about 31 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez . Lanuéjouls is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Drulhe in the north and north-west, Vaureilles in the north and north-east, Privezac in the east, Compolibat in the south and south-east and Maleville in the west and south-west.
