Brandonnet ( Occitan : Brandonet ) is a French commune with 319 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Villeneuvois et Villefranchois (until 2015 Montbazens ). The inhabitants are called Brandonnetois .
geography
Brandonnet is about 39 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez on the Aveyron . Brandonnet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Maleville in the north and west, Compolibat in the east and La Bastide-l'Évêque in the south.
