Valzergues ( Occitan : Valzèrgas ) is a French commune with 214 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Lot et Montbazinois (until 2015 Montbazens ). The inhabitants are called Valzerguois .

Valzergues is located about 38 kilometers west-northwest of Rodez . Valzergues is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Aubin in the north and east, Lugan in the east and south-east, Montbazens in the south and south-west and Galgan in the west.
