La Fouillade ( Occitan : La Folhada ) is a French commune with 1,081 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Aveyron et Tarn (until 2015: canton of Najac ). The inhabitants are called Fouilladais .

La Fouillade is about 60 kilometers east-northeast of Montauban and about 44 kilometers west-southwest of Rodez . La Fouillade is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Sanvensa in the north, Lunac in the east, Bor-et-Bar in the south-east, Saint-André-de-Najac in the south and south-west, Najac in the west and south-west and Monteils in the north-west.
