La Capelle-Bleys ( Occitan : La Capèla Blèis ) is a French commune with 361 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Aveyron et Tarn (until 2015 Rieupeyroux ). The inhabitants are called Capellois .

La Capelle-Bleys is about 40 kilometers west-southwest of Rodez . La Capelle-Bleys is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Bas Ségala in the north, south and west, Rieupeyroux in the east and La Salvetat-Peyralès in the south.
