Cassagnes-Bégonhès ( Occitan : Cassanhas de Begonhés ) is a French commune with 904 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the canton of Monts du Réquistanais (until 2015: canton of Cassagnes-Bégonhès ). The inhabitants are called Cassagnols .

Cassagnes-Bégonhès is located around 35 kilometers northeast of Albi and about 19 kilometers south-southwest of Rodez am Céor . The Viaur limits the municipality to the north. Neighboring municipalities are Sainte-Juliette-sur-Viaur in the north, Comps-la-Grand-Ville in the northeast, Salmiech in the east, Auraic-Lagast in the southeast, La Selve in the south, Rullac-Saint-Cirq in the southwest and Centrès in the west.
