Oudezeele , West Flemish : Oudezele , is a municipality in French Flanders in France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Dunkerque arrondissement and the Wormhout canton ( Steenvoorde canton until 2015 ). It borders on Wormhout in the north-west, Herzeele in the north-east, Winnezeele in the east, Steenvoorde in the south-east, Cassel in the south and Hardifort in the south-west . The residents call themselves Oudezeelois .
