Wylder ( Dutch Wilder ) is a municipality in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Dunkerque arrondissement and the Wormhout canton . It is bordered by Quaëdypre to the northwest and north , West-Cappel to the east and Wormhout to the southeast, south and southwest .

The municipality marker is crossed by the A25 autoroute .

The inhabitants are called Wylderois in French .
