Borre is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Dunkerque arrondissement and the Bailleul canton . It is bordered to the west and northwest by Hazebrouck , to the northeast by Caëstre , to the east by Pradelles and to the south by Vieux-Berquin . The residents call themselves Borrois or Borroises.
