West-Cappel , West Chapel in West Flanders , is a municipality in French Flanders in France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Dunkerque arrondissement and the Wormhout canton ( canton Bergues until 2015 ). It borders on Warhem in the north, Rexpoëde in the east, Bambecque in the southeast, Wormhout in the south, Wylder in the southwest and Quaëdypre in the west .
