The Scottish FA Cup was played for the 38th time in 1910/11 . The most important Scottish football cup competition, which was directed and held by the Scottish Football Association, began on January 28, 1911 and ended with the two finals (replay) on April 8 and 15, 1911 in Glasgow's Ibrox Park . As defending champion, FC Dundee started the competition, which prevailed against FC Clyde in the previous year's final . This year's Scottish Cup final was Celtic Glasgow and Hamilton Academical . Celtic won the final with a 2-0 win in the replay final with goals from Jimmy Quinn and McAteer.
