The Scottish FA Cup was played for the 27th time in 1899/1900 . The main Scottish soccer cup competition, which was directed by the Scottish Football Association, began on January 13, 1900 and ended with the final on May 14, 1900 in Glasgow's Ibrox Park . Last year's winner Celtic Glasgow was able to successfully defend the competition with a 4-3 victory in this year's final against FC Queen's Park . It was also the third cup success in the club's history.
