English national cricket team in Sri Lanka during the 2003/04 season
The tour of the English national cricket team to Sri Lanka in the 2003/04 season took place from November 18 to December 21, 2003. The international cricket tour was part of the 2003/04 international cricket season and included three tests and three ODIs . Sri Lanka won the Test and ODI series 1–0 each.
prehistory
England previously played a tour in Bangladesh , for Sri Lanka it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in England in the 2002 season .
