Koschewoje ( Russian Кошевое , German  Linken ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad . It belongs to the municipal self-government unit of the Guryevsk District in Guryevsk Raion .

Geographical location

Koeschwoje is located 15 kilometers east of Kaliningrad (Königsberg) on the municipal road 27K-128 from Nisowje (Waldau) on the municipal road 27K-034 (former route of the A229 ) to Konstantinowka (Konradswalde ) on the regional road 27A-024 (ex A190 ). Until 1945 Linken was a railway station on the route from Königsberg (Prussia) via Possinder (Russian: Roschtschino) to Tapiau (Gwardeisk) of the Königsberg small railway .

history

Gutsdorf, which was once called the Left , and its later district Littersdorf came to the newly established district of Waldau (Russian: Nisowje) in the district of Königsberg (Prussia) (1939 to 1945 district of Samland ) in the district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia .
