Selenopolje ( Russian Зеленополье , German Krumteich ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad (area around the former Königsberg ). It belongs to the municipal self-government unit of the Guryevsk District in Guryevsk Raion . This place name exists a second time in Guryevsk Rajon, cf. Zelenopolye .
Geographical location
Selenopolje is located 16 kilometers northeast of the oblast capital Kaliningrad ( Königsberg ) and can be reached via impassable roads from Georgijewskoje ( Konradshorst ), Iljitschjowo ( Görken ) or Stepnoje ( Powarben ). Until 1945 Powarben was the next station on the Prawten – Schaaksvitte (Russian: Lomonossowo– Karschirskoje ) railway of the Königsberg small railway , which is no longer in operation today.
history
The until 1946 Krumteich called Gutsdorf with the Vorwerk Hütterie (before 1895 Hutterie , now defunct) in 1874 in the newly created District Powarben (Russian: Stepnoje) incorporated and thus belonged to the district Königsberg (Prussia) in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1910 there were 52 inhabitants in the small town.
On September 30, 1928, the three neighboring towns of Konradshorst (Russian: Georgijewskoje), Sallecken (Lessossekowo), Trömpau (Lasowskoje) and Krumteich merged to form the new rural community Trömpau.
In 1945, Krumteich came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia . In 1950 the place was given the Russian name Selenopolje and was assigned to the village soviet Kosmodemjanski selski Sowet in Gurjewsk Rajon . Later the place came into the Marschalski selski Sowet . From 2008 to 2013 Zelenopolje belonged to the rural municipality Khrabrowskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Guryevsk.

Krumteich with its majority Protestant population was until 1945 in the parish Schaaken (: vicarage church Schaaken -: Schemtschuschnoje Russian) incorporated and thus was part of the church district Königsberg Country II within the ecclesiastical province of East Prussia the Prussian Union of churches . Today Zelenopolje is located in the catchment area of the Evangelical Lutheran congregation in Marschalskoje ( Gallgarben ), a branch congregation of the Resurrection Church in Kaliningrad ( Königsberg ) in the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELCER).
