Malinowka ( Russian Малиновка , German  Stangau ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad . It belongs to the municipal self-government unit of the Guryevsk District in Guryevsk Raion .

Geographical location

Malinowka is 14 kilometers east of Kaliningrad south of the new route of the federal road A229 and north of the New Pregel (Russian: Nowaja Pregolja). Malinowka ( Biothen and Podewitten ) is located just 12 kilometers to the northeast - already in Gwardeisk Rajon - which often leads to confusion. There is no rail connection.

history

The village, called Stangau until 1946, looks back on the year of foundation 1304. In 1874 it was in the newly built office district fox farms incorporated that the district Königsberg (Prussia) to 1945, from 1939 district Samland in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged.

In 1910 there were 68 residents registered in Stangau. On September 30, 1928, the rural community of Stangau and the manor district of Fuchshöfen merged to form the new rural community of Fuchshöfen .

In 1950 the place was given the Russian name Malinowka and was assigned to the village soviet Nisowski selski Sowet in Gurjewsk Rajon . The majority Protestant population of Stangau was parish in the parish of the Arnau church before 1945 . It belonged to the parish of Königsberg-Land II in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . The last German clergyman was Pastor Arthur Brodowski .

Today Malinowka is located in the catchment area of ​​the Church of the Resurrection in Kaliningrad within the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELKER).
