Kutusowo ( Russian Кутузово , German  Fräuleinhof ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad . It is located in Guryevsk Rajon and belongs to the municipal self-government unit of the Guryevsk district .

The local office Fräuleinhof is abandoned. Apparently, Kutusowo now consists of the northern section of Korsunskaja uliza (formerly Kriegerstrasse in Königsberg- Quednau ) with house numbers 2, 4, 5 and 6-11 about 500 meters southeast of the Fräuleinhof locality. The Korsunskaja uliza then continues to Kaliningrad . The city limits apparently run along a watercourse.

About two kilometers to the south is the Kutuzovo-Novoje station (formerly Königsberg-Rothenstein) on the Kaliningrad – Sovetsk and Kaliningrad – Zelenogradsk – Primorsk railway lines .

history

The former manor village in central Samland , called Fräuleinhof until 1950, existed in 1785 as a royal leasehold and came to the newly formed Quednau district in 1874 (Russian: Severnaja Gora). This was in the district of Königsberg (Prussia) (1939 to 1945 district of Samland ) in the administrative district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1910 the village had 48 inhabitants. Fräuleinhof was then incorporated into the rural community Quednau (Severnaja Gora), which came to the city of Königsberg (Prussia) (Kaliningrad) in 1939 .

In 1945 northern East Prussia and with it Fräuleinhof were integrated into the Soviet Union . In 1949 the former Königsberg districts Rothenstein (settlement) and the part of Quednau, which was located west of the railway line to Cranz , were renamed Kutusowo after the Russian general Mikhail Illarionowitsch Kutusow . In July 1950, the former Fräuleinhof estate was also expressly renamed Kutusowo. At the same time, this local office was incorporated into the village soviet Matrossowski selski Sowet in Gurjewsk Rajon . In October 1950, Kutusowo was named after a village soviet whose administrative seat was in (Alexandro-) Newskoje . From 2008 to 2013, Kutusowo was the namesake of a rural community whose administrative seat was in Maloje Vasilkowo . After its dissolution, Kutuzovo has belonged to the Gurjewsk district since then .

Kutusowski selski Sowet / okrug 1950–2008

The village soviet Kutuzovsky selski sovet (ru. Кутузовский сельский Совет) was established in October 1950. In this were incorporated among other places that previously belonged to the village soviets Matrossowski selski Sowet and Saosjorski selski Sowet . Its administrative seat was the place Newskoje , which was initially called Alexandro-Newskoje. After the collapse of the Soviet Union , the administrative unit existed as the village district Kutusowski selski okrug (ru. Кутузовский сельский округ). In 2008 the village district was converted into a rural community.
