Meyrié is a French municipality with 995 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Meyrié is part of the La Tour-du-Pin arrondissement and the Bourgoin-Jallieu canton (until 2015: Bourgoin-Jallieu-Sud canton ). The inhabitants are called Meyriautes .

Meyrié is about 42 kilometers east-southeast of Lyon . Meyrié is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bourgoin-Jallieu in the north, Nivolas-Vermelle in the east, Les Éparres in the south and south-east and Maubec in the west.
